I filed an OSC in supreme court, Plaintiff later made a cross motion the osc has not been signed yet but a Motion Number has been assigned. My question is the cross motion appropriate? Listmates, I have a landlord who is who is being sued by a subcontractor's employee who fell and injured themselves on the work site. The sub's insurance is denying the claim for non compliance from the subcontractor who is not responding.
