Consultant for services for mentally disabled - Nassau County

Hi Listmates - A client - a doctor- has a mentally disabled adult daughter (31 years old) in Nassau County, NY, who lives with the client. The client already has resources for a special needs trust and estate planning resources. So, that part is covered. What he needs is a rundown of federal, state and local benefits which are out there for his daughter, and someone with whom he can consult as he applies for those benefits, to the extent they exist. Case law for Tree Fall during Storm

Hi, Looking for some legal advice on a situation for a client. A tree from my clients property during the storm last night fell from the roots half on their property and neighbors property. The tree damaged the neighbors fence and retaining wall. The fence is and retaining wall are on the neighbors property and don’t connect to my clients property. Who is responsible to repair the neighbors fence and possible retaining wall if that was damaged from the tree? Is someone available to talk who is familiar with this area of law? Looking consumer credit attorney

Good Morning All; Does anyone know if a case against Suffolk County PD can be brought in a venue or other than Suffolk county. A notice of claim was served on Suffolk county but I’m talking about Supreme Court action to be filed.
