I am looking for someone to help out a client of mine.

A car finance company is reporting late payments in 2022 & 2023 for a lease which ended in 2019.  They say they have no record of this but Experian has refused to remove it.

If someone can either provide a resource for her to fix this or assist her in this matter it would be greatly appreciated.
