I am representing a homeowner in Great Neck regarding the failure of his Seller to advise in the Property Disclosure Statement  that the roof had been severely damaged and then repaired with funds from the insurance carrier. I need an engineer to examine the roof and determine whether the continuing water leakage is due to poor work by the Seller's contractor or causes unrelated to the damage caused to the roof by a falling tree.
