Good morning,

I have a client that received a Summary Trial Notice for April. She got a ticket for an obstructed license plate. She pleaded Not Guilty on the ticket but still mailed a $1000 payment. 

The notice says that the payment was accepted as collateral for her appearance at trial.

This is not my area. If anyone can connect with me for a few minutes to give my client some advice, that would be most appreciative.
