Looking for some legal advice on a situation for a client.

A tree from my clients property during the storm last night fell from the roots half on their property and neighbors property. The tree damaged the neighbors fence and retaining wall.  The fence is and retaining wall are on the neighbors property and don’t connect to my clients property. Who is responsible to repair the neighbors fence and possible retaining wall if that was damaged from the tree? 

Is someone available to talk who is familiar with this area of law?
