A friend asked for a referral to a labor lawyer who would be able to assist in following situation, all the detail I was given:
PC worked for a small company as HR admin, said the company was a mess and ended up resigning. During PC’s time with the company an employee was “trying to build a lawsuit against the CEO, and named HR in the filings.”
PC did not have any decision making authority regarding the disgruntled employee, but is concerned.
