Subject: [Ilaw] First Nationwide Bank - Loan Satisfaction Evidence

Hi list mates,

My seller needs some evidence of loan satisfaction/payoff for his condo on a loan he paid off over 30 years with the long defunct First Nationwide Bank (FBN).

Has anyone dealt with an old loan from FNB?  Does Citi have them now?

Any info would be greatly appreciated since this needs to be cleared from title.

Thanks!
