Hi Listmates - A client - a doctor- has a mentally disabled adult daughter (31 years old) in Nassau County, NY, who lives with the client. The client already has resources for a special needs trust and estate planning resources. So, that part is covered. What he needs is a rundown of federal, state and local benefits which are out there for his daughter, and someone with whom he can consult as he applies for those benefits, to the extent they exist.
