I have a landlord who is who is being sued by a subcontractor's employee who fell and injured themselves on the work site. The sub's insurance is denying the claim for non compliance from the subcontractor who is not responding. The landlord is being sued and wants to defend himself and hold the insurance company and insurance broker accountable. Does anyone handle this type of work for a referral?
