Mass. correction deed
I prepared and recorded a deed for my clients transferring their property in Otis MA to their revocable trust. Unfortunately, there is a typo in the deed with respect to when the trust is created. I assume I need to record a correction deed but the clerk in MA will not confirm that. She stated that an attorney affidavit may be adequate. If anyone has had any experience with correcting a MA deed, I love to hear how you resolved the problem. Thanks in advance. Linda M. Toga The Law Offices of Linda M. Toga, P.C. P.O.
