Happy Wednesday all, I've been asked to help a non-profit organization update it's by-laws to become compliant under NY CHAR410. Their prior application was rejected "due to membership organization". The non-profit is made up solely of other membership organizations and serves no purpose other than to publicize events being held by the individual member organizations.
